1. Not Legal Advice

LaborLawCases is a software tool developed for tracking labor law litigation processes and managing financial risks. No content, calculation, report or analysis presented in the application constitutes legal advice, attorney services or a legal opinion. Always make your legal decisions in consultation with a qualified legal professional.

2. AI-Assisted Analyses and Simulations

The risk analyses, loss probability estimates, settlement simulations and AI-assisted assessments in the application are statistical estimates and decision-support outputs based on the historical data entered into the system by the user. These outputs do not express any forward-looking guarantee, commitment or certainty; they are not predictions of court decisions or case outcomes. The user acknowledges that AI models may produce erroneous, incomplete or misleading output. Responsibility for decisions taken in reliance on these outputs rests exclusively with the user.

3. Data Accuracy

All calculations and analyses in the application depend on the accuracy of the data entered into the system by the user. The user is responsible for ensuring that the data entered is accurate, up to date and lawful; the platform cannot be held liable for results arising from erroneous data entry.

4. Third-Party Services

The application may make use of third-party services such as e-mail delivery and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc., configured at the user's own choice). Interruptions, changes, restrictions or policy updates that may occur in these services are outside the platform's control, and the platform is not responsible for disruptions that may arise from them.

5. Availability

No guarantee is given that the service will operate uninterrupted and error-free. Access to the service may be temporarily restricted due to planned maintenance, technical failures, problems originating from infrastructure providers and force majeure. Details are set out in the Terms of Use.

6. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profit, loss of data and loss of reputation) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application.
